Because each piece is handmade and unique, all sales are final. We want you to love your pottery, so please take a moment to inspect your piece before purchase.
We package our pottery with care, but accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we'll make it right.
Pieces created for food, such as bowls, mugs, and platters, are all food safe. Pieces not meant for food, such as vases, soap dishes, and candles, may not be food safe. If you have questions about a specific piece, please contact us.
Yes, our ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to prolong the life of your piece, we recommend hand washing whenever possible.
